Look at the report that has been generated. Double check to make sure all information shown is correct. The report can generate an Adobe PDF document which can be printed or saved using the Print or Save options on your computer. Print the documents and deliver to the provider, or save the documents for emailing to the provider.
NOTE: Waiver support coordinators are subject to federal HIPAA laws; therefore, all email transmissions of service authorizations must be secure.
1. To see a different page, click one of the arrows at the top of the Service Authorization screen beside the page numbers
2. Click on the Select a Format drop-down arrow
3. From the drop-down list, select Acrobat (PDF) file
4. Click Export
5. Click Open
6. Review the report
